Euro is trading at 1.0846, appreciating against US dollar as the outcome of French election has given a boost to shared currency. The most awaited first round results of French election were out, it has showed the poll led to a runoff between centrist Emmanuel Macron and far-right leader Marine Le Pen with the centrist candidate winning in the first round of the French presidential election and reducing the risk of an anti-establishment shock in the final round. This optimism over Macron wining in first round of elections has given the investor confidence and lead them to go long. Today, we have German Ifo Business Climate Index numbers to be reported. Now further direction of Euro will be dependent on the runoff which is scheduled for May 7.
